Zero compromises on quality
Our strong specialisation in Prosecco has led us to put quality at the center of the entire production process. We select Glera grapes from the most renowned CDO vineyards in Veneto, including the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene and cru Cartizze areas. We strictly follow the Martinotti method, involving wine refermentation in steel pressure tanks at controlled temperature. That’s how you get “the” Prosecco in all its forms: cool and versatile wines, of high quality. An informal and open quality, which you will feel every time you drink a toast.
